Employee Time Reports

Use the Time Reports page to generate edit reports and print timecard sheets prior to calculating your pay run. The page's options include:

Payroll Edit Reports

Two reports: Payroll Groups, a summary of the pay run’s setup data, and Payroll Edit, a summary of employees’ timecard data, including warnings and error messages.

Time Activity Listing

Listing of changes affecting timecards that were made in either the Edit Employee Time option or Employee Information > Payouts option.

Substitute Report

For school districts, a list of employees who were absent and the substitutes who took their places.

Print Employee Time

Prints timecards for verifying employees’ payroll data and obtaining signatures from employees and their supervisors.

Print Substitute Mailer Report

Runs a report showing the start/stop dates and hours worked by substitutes, as entered in the Attendance page.
