Maintain Applicant Tables

Except for two tables, Applicant Tracking uses the same tables as other options in the Human Resources System. The exceptions are:

Interviewers Table

Stores codes identifying individual interviewers, as well as interview groups, such as search committees and administrative teams.

User-Defined Codes Table

Stores codes for table-verified fields in the user-defined pages set up for Applicant Tracking in your Human Resources Profile.

You can use the Applicant Tracking reference tables menu to maintain these tables.

Menu Path

From the Human Resources menu, select Reference Tables. From the Applicant Tracking menu, select the desired option.

Status Codes

Other Interests

Degrees Schools

Certification Types

Job Skills

Degrees

Degree Subjects
