Professional Development - Continuing Education Report
Use this option to generate a report of the detail records stored in employees' Continuing Education pages. The report is sorted by employee number and includes details of each course that has been moved from Professional Development or entered directly for that employee.

Fields
Field | Description |
---|---|
Employee Number | Employee's identification number. To include all employees, leave the field blank. |
Class Type | Identifies the class type as defined in the Continuing Ed Class Type table. To include all class types, leave the field blank. |
Course Title | Title of the course. To include all course titles, leave the field blank. |
Status | Identifies the status of the course, as defined in the Continuing Ed Course Status Codes table. To include all course statuses, leave the field blank. |
Internal | Indicates whether the course was internal, external, or both. Select: Yes - to include only internal courses. |
Provider | Select the institution providing the course. To include all institutions, leave the field blank. |
Completion Date | The date the course was completed. To include all completion dates, leave the field blank. |
Fiscal Year | Select the fiscal year for the report. To include all years, leave blank. |
Include Cost Information | Checkbox indicating whether to include the Costs section on the report. |
Include Credit Information | Checkbox indicating whether to include the Credit Information section on the report. |
Include Goal Information | Checkbox indicating whether to include the Proficiency Goals section on the report. |
Include Subject Areas | Checkbox indicating whether to include the Subject Area section on the report. |
