Purge Option
The 1095 Maintenance option allows you to purge records for a specific tax year and control number. This can be used at any time, but it is suggested you only use this option to purge an initial 1095 workfile creation if you would like to re-create it completely.
This option is accessed through:
Menu Path: Human Resources > Periodic Routines > Affordable Care Act > 1095 Maintenance > click Purge
Purging Files
Access the ACA 1095 Employee File Update page.
On the 1095 Employee File Update page, select Purge. The 1095 Maintenance - Purge page will display.
In the Tax Year field, select the tax year for which you wish to purge the file.
In the Control Number field, select the control number for the file you wish to purge.
Click OK. If there are no 1095s loaded for the specified year and control number, an error will display.
If there are 1095s loaded for the year and control number, a confirmation will display. Click Yes to purge the records or No to exit.
Fields

Control Number | Drop-down list indicating the control number for the record to be purged. |
Purge Locked 1095s | Select if you wish to purge 1095s that are currently locked under the selected control number. |
