Qualifications Page
Use this page to enter the applicant's job skills and interests. This information is copied to Human Resources in the rollover process.
After you complete the page, click Next to display the Applied Positions page. You can also click Finish if you want to save the record at this point and exit the wizard.
Fields
Field | Description |

Job Skills | General or job-specific skills possessed by the applicant, depending on the entries in your Job Skills table. For example, the table can include skills that relate directly to positions, such as supervisory skills and accounting experience, or it can reference skills of a more general nature, such as spreadsheet proficiency and public-speaking experience. |
Other Interests Or Preferences | Interests expressed by the applicant. Depending on the codes in your Other Interests table, this can include general or specific interests. For example, in school districts, these fields are often used to reference extracurricular assignments of interest to teachers. In municipalities, they can be used to enter hobbies, community activities, and other interests not directly related to a position. |
