Status History Page
This page documents changes to the Status field in the General section of the employee's Employee Information detail page.
Menu Path
From the Human Resources menu, select Entry & Processing. From the Employee menu, select Employee Information. Search for and select an employee record, select History on the Action Bar, and choose Status History.
Field Descriptions
Field | Description |
---|---|
Status | Codes identifying the employee's status, as defined in the Status Code table. The system can track up to 50 changes, including the employee's initial status upon joining your organization. |
Date | Dates when the Status codes were assigned. |
