Unapproval Code Table

20.11 and earlier. Navigation to Time Entry is not available beginning with version 22.4.

Define codes and reasons for reversing approval of an employee's time. Unapproval occurs when a Time Entry supervisor removes an entry of A (for approved) from an employee's row on the Time Entry timecard page.

When the employee's time is unapproved, the system prompts the Time Entry supervisor to indicate why the approval was reversed. The Time Entry Profile's Unapproval field determines if the supervisor needs to select a code from the Unapproval Code table. You only need records in this table if the Profile's Unapproval field is set to C - Unapproval Codes.

Menu Path

From the Human Resources menu, select Reference Tables. From the Time Entry menu, select Unapproval Code.

Print Unapproval Codes

  1. Select Search without criteria to display the full list of codes. Enter criteria first to display a subset of the full code list.

  2. From the toolbar select Print. The report's default file name is t_unapp.rpt.

  3. In the dialogue box, select a destination, then select OK.
