User-Defined Pages for Applicant Tracking
You can create pages using the Human Resources Profile's Applicant Windows item to supplement the information entered in Applicant Tracking's standard pages. The system allows two types of user-defined pages:
Required Pages | Must be completed when you add an applicant. These pages display in succession after you finish the wizard's Interviews page. In addition, you can access these pages for updates from the Applicant Information detail page. |
Non-Required Pages | Can only be accessed after you add an applicant. To display a user-defined page (required or non-required), click the Defined Windows button in the Applicant Information detail page's Personal tab or the Defined Windows item on the Action Bar. |
After you complete a user-defined page, click Next. Repeat this for each page that displays, until you receive a message indicating that the applicant's record has been saved.
Accessing User-Defined Pages for an Applicant
You also can access user-defined pages for an applicant using the Defined Windows item on the Applicant Information page's Action Bar.
To display the page, select Human Resources > Entry & Processing > Miscellaneous > Applicant Information > search for and select an applicant, and then click Defined Windows.
Rolling Over User-Defined Pages
Information from an Applicant Tracking user-defined page rolls over to Human Resources if the following conditions are met in the Human Resources Profile:
The Carryover field in the Applicant Tracking Windows page must be selected for the page in question. To access this page, select System Administration > Administration > Profiles > Human Resources Profile and then click Applicant Windows.
An identical page must be created in the Employee Defined Windows page. In addition, the user-defined page must have the same page number as the one assigned in the Applicant Tracking Windows page. To access the Employee Defined Windows page, select System Administration > Administration > Profiles > Human Resources Profile and then click Defined Windows.
