VPO Login

Users will access VPO through a URL provided by your organization. The URL will take the user to the Login Page, where they will enter their User ID and Password.

Before a user can log in, an authorized administrator needs to designate the staff member as a VPO user on the User Maintenance page. The page also includes a field for entering or re-setting the user's password. For additional details, refer to User Maintenance.

On the Login page, the user can also click the Forgot Password? link to enter a forgot password request. On the Forgotten Password page, the user will enter and submit their Email Address or User ID along with their Social Security number.

Once logged in, the user can change their password using the Preferences option accessed by clicking the

button next to their name in the upper right corner of VPO pages. After entering their old password, the user will need to enter and confirm the new password. For details, refer to Change Password Page.
