Benefits Charge Summary

The Benefits Charge Summary option generates three related benefits reports, which run in the following order:

Benefit Charge Summary

Lists benefits distributions according to Budget Unit and Account. The report includes totals by Budget Unit and Account. The report's default file name is benchg.rpt.

Benefit Summary by Fund

Lists benefits distribution totals by Fund. The report's default file name is benchg3.rpt.

Employee Benefit Summary

Lists the benefit distribution totals by benefit code and Budget Unit. The report's default file name is benchg2.rpt.
