Leave Record
The employee's Leave records are stored in the Employee Information detail page's Leave Bank tab. The tab lists the leave banks that apply to an employee. With the proper setup in the Leave and Pay Code tables, employees can select pay codes in Time Entry to charge leave time against their leave banks.
Review the Leave codes stored in the Leave Bank tab to verify that employees can enter time against leave banks that are tied to Time Entry pay codes. For more information, refer to Leave Table.
Menu Path: Human Resources > Entry & Processing > Employee > Employee Information > search for and select an employee > click OK to display the Employee Information detail page > open the Leave Bank tab
