Organization Charge Summary

The Organization Charge Summary, which includes three reports, lists the distribution of employees' gross wages according to Budget Units and Funds. These reports run in the following order:

Organization Charge Summary

Lists wage distribution and totals in order by Account, Organization, and Fund. It also provides employee names and IDs. The report’s default file name is orgnchg1.rpt.

Organization Charge Summary - Totals

Lists gross wage distribution totals per Account, Organization, and Fund. The report’s default file name is orgnchg2.rpt.

Organization Charge Summary by Fund

Lists the wage distribution per Fund. The report’s default file name is orgnchg3.rpt.
