Profile
The Profile link on the Apply menu will display the Profile page, which lists the applicant's profile information. The profile consists of the applicant's contact information, as well as Applications in Progress and Application History sections.
The contact information on this page will default from the information the external applicant entered when they registered or from the internal applicant/external employee's employee information.
At any time, the external applicant can update the personal information listed on the page. Internal applicants and those classified as external employees can only update the information in the email and phone fields. Changes made to these fields do not affect employee information.
For Applications in Progress and Application History, the Action column will contain a link to an action that the applicant can perform. If the application is not yet completed and submitted, the Continue link will bring the applicant to the application which needs to be completed.
If your organization allows applicants to update submitted applications for job postings that are still open, depending on the settings in the Online Presentation & Options page, the Action column may contain an Update link for submitted applications.
The applicant can click the Posting ID link in the Applications in Progress section to view the Posting Details page for the selected posting. For additional information, refer to Posting Details Page.

Middle Name | Applicant's middle name. |
Last Name | Applicant's last name. |
Social Security | Applicant's Social Security number. This field is based on settings in the Online Presentation & Options page. |
State Educator ID | Applicant's state educator identification number. This field is based on settings in the Online Presentation & Options page. |
Address | Applicant's two-line street address. |
City | Applicant's city. |
State | Two-letter abbreviation for the applicant's state, which can be selected from the field's drop-down list. |
Country | Country for the applicant's address. |
Zip | Five-digit zip code, with optional four-digit extension. |
Primary Email | Primary email address for the applicant. This must be a valid email address format. |
Alternate Email | The alternate email address for the applicant. This must be a valid email address format. |
Primary Phone | The primary contact phone number for the applicant. |
Alternate Phone | The alternate contact phone number for the applicant. |
Applications in Progress Section
Field | Description |

Posting ID | System-generated posting identification number. Select this link to view detailed information about the job posting. |
Position | Title of the position for the job posting. |
Location | Code identifying the position's location, as defined in Personnel's Locations table. |
Closing Date | Last date that applicants can apply for the position. |
Status | Status of the application. For the Applications in Progress section, the status may be Submitted or Incomplete. |
Action | Link for the applicant to perform an action on the application, if applicable. |
Application History Section
Field | Description |

Posting ID | System-generated number used to identify the job posting throughout Recruitment. |
Position | Title of the position for the job posting. |
Location | Code identifying the position's location, as defined in Personnel's Locations table. |
Closing Date | Last date that applicants can apply for the position. |
Applied Date | Date the applicant saved or submitted an application for the job posting. |
Status | Status of the application for the application's history. The status may be Incomplete, Interview, Not Selected, Rejected for Hire, Recommended for Hire, Submitted, or Verified. |
Action | Link to print the application. |
