Inventory Processing

The Inventory Catalog is a database table for maintaining records on the stock items stored at your warehouse locations. These records, which are identified by their warehouse codes and stock numbers, contain the quantities on hand, on order, and on back order. Catalog records also store unit costs, purchase order information, accounting data, and other details.

To maintain this data in the Inventory Catalog, use the Inventory Processing options in the Warehouse Administration page. This section covers the procedures for using these options to process inventory at your warehouse locations.

Menu Path:  Warehouse Inventory > Entry & Processing > Warehouse Inventory > Warehouse Administration > select an option in the Inventory Processing section
