Fields
All fields in the Add Bid Catalog Item page are display only, except the following:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Commodity | Select a code from the Commodity Codes table to link the commodity to the bid. If the table does not include the commodity you want, use the Action Bar's + Commodity item to add the commodity to the table and link it to the bid. For details, refer to Adding New Commodities. |
Price | Enter the price that applies to the measurement indicated in the Measure field. This price will be used in bids to determine the extended price (Extended Price = Quantity x Unit Price). If needed, the price entered can be changed later in the Update Bid Catalog Item page. For details, refer to Updating Commodity Prices. |
