Legacy Purchase Requisition Approval: Improved Access to Approval History

Previously, in legacy purchase requisition for some cases, the line-items with a long approval history (such as those that were rerouted or went through multiple approval steps) could not be opened from the Approve/Deny Requisitions screen. This resulted in an error and prevented users from viewing the approval history or completing the approval for those requisitions.

The system has been updated to fully support purchase requisitions with extensive approval history. Users can now:

  • Open the approval history from the Approve/Deny Requisitions screen without errors

  • Scroll through the complete approval history for a requisition line

  • Continue approving or denying requisitions as expected

This behavior is now consistent with how approval history is displayed from the Purchase Requisition Listing screen, ensuring a smoother and more reliable approval process.

Timecard and ETS Posting Changes

Correction to the logic that sets the operator on the timecard when a timecard is altered. The logic was comparing the wrong values for the tax indicator, organization, account, project, and project account, so that the operator could be changed incorrectly.

Change the Employee Timesheet posting to not use the operator on the existing timecards to decide when to change the FLSA cycle. The posting was only looking for ETS posted timecards to advance the FLSA cycle. This change will look for all timecards that are already posted when deciding if it should advance the FLSA cycle.

Vendor Punchout Now Correctly Controls Requisition Vendor Names

The EqualLevel VPO checkout now correctly manages the requisition vendor name in eFinancePlus (eFP). Visibility is now accurate across workflows, including Dell and Amazon checkouts, ensuring users only see the intended vendor names.

Employee Access Center Print Flag Now Correctly Controls Leave Visibility

The Print Flag setting now correctly controls leave visibility in Employee Access Center (EAC), restoring the expected behavior. Visibility is now consistent across leave requests and payroll checks for all users, including those with advanced leave requests enabled, ensuring employees see only the intended leave banks.

Terminated Employees Redirected to Single Sign-On (SSO)

Terminated employees can now access the Employee Access Center (EAC) through the Terminated Employee URL again, without SSO, to view their W‑2s and 1095‑Cs. We fixed a redirect that was incorrectly sending previous employees to the Single Sign-On (SSO) login screen instead of the terminated employee URL.
