Vendor Forms Tab
Use this tab to define the following:
- Whether approvers should be notified when a new vendor registers.
- Whether approvers should be notified when vendors update their information.
- Whether vendors should be notified that their registration has been approved or denied.
- Whether vendors should be notified that their updates have been approved or denied.
Menu Path
From the System Administration menu, select Administration. From the Profiles menu, select Workflow Configuration Profile. On the Workflow Configuration page, from the Vendor Access Center menu, select Vendor.
Action Buttons
The following action buttons appear on the page:
Apply | Saves your settings. |
Undo | Resets any changes you made after the last time you clicked Apply. |
Fields
Field | Description |

Approvers | Use the two drop-down menus to select up to two users to receive notifications by email or activity when a vendor registration or update needs to be approved. The list displays PowerSchool ERP users that:
If you do not want to use notifications for approvers, select the blank option in the list.

Notify Approvers - New Vendor Registration | Select if you want approvers to be notified when a vendor registers for Vendor Access Center. |
Notify Approvers - Vendor Updates | Select if you want approvers to be notified when a vendor submits updates. |
Notify Vendor - Registration Approved | Select if you want vendors to be notified when their registration has been approved. |
Notify Vendor - Registration Denied | Select if you want vendors to be notified if their registration has been denied. |
Notify Vendor - Updates Approved | Select if you want vendors to be notified when their updates have been approved. |
Notify Vendor - Updates Denied | Select if you want vendors to be notified if their updates have been denied. |
