EFIN-142998	Advanced Workflow: Improved Requisition Approval List View	In the Advanced Requisition Approval Workflow, approvers may see requests that are technically assigned to them but could have one or more line items that are still pending approval at lower levels. We have introduced a new view option on the Requisition Approval List that allows approvers to toggle between: Viewing all requisitions assigned to them, and Viewing only requisitions that are fully ready for their approval, meaning all line items have already been approved at prior levels. (Default option) This enhancement is a list-level filter and does not change workflow routing, approval logic, permissions, or audit history.
EFIN-143409	Advanced Workflow: Clear Messaging When No Approvals Are Pending	When an approver has no pending approval requests across all enabled workflows, the Workflow Approvals page now displays a helpful message instead of a blank screen. Once an approval request is assigned, the relevant workflow tab(s) automatically appear, and the request is displayed as expected. This update improves clarity and avoids confusion when there are no approvals waiting for action.

EFIN-143505	Vendor Access Center Approvals Issue	In the Vendor Access Center, an issue occurred if the approver approved a pending vendor request and accidentally assigned an existing vendor number. This caused the system crash, and the system approved the vendor and created a new record. This has been resolved, and now if the vendor number is already in use, the approval is stopped, and users will see a clear message.
EFIN-119842	Work email validation update	The work email field on the EMA Demographic Profile page is now only required when the Send E-Voucher flag is enabled.
EFIN-142258	Vendor Transactions Search Performance Fixed	Menu Path: Fund Accounting > Entry & Processing > Detailed Displays > Vendor Transactions. We have resolved a performance issue that occurred when searching vendor transactions.
EFIN-142839	Pre-calculation processing update.	Update to pre-calculation to correct the calculation and reporting of subject wages for deductions reaching the maximum amount.
EFIN-142494	Budget Code and Account Data Not Syncing from SmartFind to eFinancePlus	Fixed an issue where the Budget Code and Account data from SmartFind Express (SFE) failed to sync properly to eFinancePlus (eFP) due to an incorrect validation, causing missing account details and errors.
EFIN-141811	Canceled Vacancies in SmartFind Express Displaying as Unprocessed in eFinancePlus	Resolved an issue where Canceled Vacancies in SmartFind Express (SFE) were displaying as unprocessed in eFinancePlus (eFP).
EFIN-141216	Rehired Employee Updates not Syncing from eFinancePlus to SmartFind Express	SmartFind Express (SFE) now accurately syncs employee updates from eFinancePlus (eFP) for rehired substitutes and terminated employees. The bug fix now handles missing LastDayWorked values and updates records when job class or pay rate changes occur. This fix reduces manual account reactivation and mitigates sync delays between eFinancePlus and SmartFind Express.
EFIN-116383	Fixed Output to Excel Failure	We have resolved an issue where reports exported to Excel failed, and caused users to be signed out of the system. This issue is now resolved and users can successfully export reports to Excel without interruption.
EFIN-134879	New Employee Access Center Now Displays Previous Year Leave Requests	eFinancePlus New Employee Access Center (EAC) now shows prior‑year leave details that were previously missing after payroll rollover. Users can now view the leave information from the previous year, improving clarity and support for fiscal year‑end processes. Note: This change is only for Dynamic Workflow. The Advanced Workflow change is still in progress and will be released at a later date.
