Receipt Search

Menu Path:  Billing & Receipts > Cash Receipts > Online > Receipt Search

Use the Receipts Search page to view details for a particular online receipt, including batch receipts that have been updated online. Information about purged receipts cannot be retrieved.

The following item displays on the Action Bar:

• Reprint

View a Receipt Record

1. Select the Receipt Search page.
2. In the Selection Criteria section, enter criteria identifying the records to list, and click OK to display the Online Receipt Search page.
3. In the List section, select the desired record, and click OK to display the Online Receipt Detail page. Click Reprint on the Online Receipt Search page to reprint the selected receipt.
4. In the List section, select the desired record, and click OK to display its accounting detail.
