Use the Employee or Location Processing options to maintain personnel activity and location records and generate reports for Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC). 

Options that create CRDC attendance data

The following options automatically create historical leave bank records for reporting CRDC attendance data:

• Attendance Rollover

• Fiscal Process

• Payouts

• Terminate

This data serves as a backup if attendance records are unavailable.
