Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC)
Use the Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) option to report CRDC data required by the federal government.

Menu path
From the Human Resources menu, select Periodic Routines. From the Periodic Processing menu, select Civil Rights Data Collection.

Employees
The following are the CRDC reporting prerequisites for the following employee positions:
Teaching
For employees who must be reported as teachers, the CRDC position TEACH must be associated with the employee in one of the following ways:
Enter TEACH in the CRDC POSITION field for the Situation Type CRDC on the Activity page.
Crosswalk the Position Code TEACH to a Job Class, Pay Code, or both on the Civil Rights Data Collection - Job Class/Pay Code Position Crosswalk page. The employee must have a detdist (Detail Distribution) table record for that job class, pay code, or both for the year being loaded.
Non-teaching
The following are the CRDC non-teaching employee positions:
ADMIN = Administrator (2018 only)
AIDE = Aide (2018 only)
COUNS = School Counselor
GUARD = Security Guard
NURSE = Nurse
PSYCH = Psychologist
SOCWK = Social Worker
SUPPT = Support Staff (2018 only)
SWORN = Sworn Law Officer
For employees in these positions who must be reported, the CRDC position must be associated with the employee in one of the following ways:
Enter the CRDC position in the CRDC POSITION field for the Situation Type CRDC on the Activity page.
Crosswalk the Position Code to a Job Class, Pay Code, or both on the Civil Rights Data Collection - Job Class/Pay Code Position Crosswalk page. The employee must have a detdist (Detail Distribution) table record for that job class, pay code, or both for the year being loaded.
Locations
For locations that must be reported, populate the fields on the CRDC tab of the CRDC - Location Table page. This location must be associated with the employee in one of the following ways:
Enter the Location Code field value from the CRDC - Location Table page in the LOCATION field for the Situation Type CRDC on the Activity page.
In the detdist (Detail Distribution) table, based on the Location Organization Level field value on the CRDC - District Configuration page and the Reporting Structure Code field value on the CRDC tab of the CRDC - Location Table page.
