Personnel Activity Tracker
Use the Personnel Activity Tracker page to maintain employee activity tracker information.
Menu path
From the Human Resources menu, select Periodic Routines. From the Periodic Processing menu, select Civil Rights Data Collection. From the Employee or Location Processing menu, select Personnel Activity Tracker.
Import data
Use the Import option to load personnel activity data from files on a local workstation or network server.
On the Personnel Activity Tracker page, select Import.
Refer to Import Personnel Activity data for information on importing data.
Purge data
Use the Purge option to purge employee activity tracker information for the selected criteria.
On the Personnel Activity Tracker page, select Purge.
Select the Purge Criteria.
Select Accept and then select a Destination:
Select File to create the report in .rpt format. In the File Name field, you can change the default file name.
Select Screen to download the report in .pdf format.
Select Excel to download the report in .xls format. Select the required Excel Options.
Select OK.
Download the .rpt file from the View Files page.
Save the .pdf or .xls file.
Select Yes.
Maintain Personnel Activity Tracker data
On the Personnel Activity Tracker page, enter the Search Criteria to find the required records and select Search.
Refer to Search for Records for more information.To add a record, select Add new. Refer to the Field descriptions, enter valid information, and select Accept.
To edit a record, select the record and select Accept. On the Activity page, select the record and select Accept. Update the information and select Accept.
To delete a record, select the record and select Accept. On the Activity page, select the record and select Delete. Select Yes.
Field descriptions
The Activity page contains the following sections:
Activity Information
The following table describes the fields in the Activity Information section of the Activity page.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Employee Number | The employee number. Select Lookup to search for and select an employee number. |
Situation Type | The type of situation for the employee's activity. The valid value is CRDC. The values in the drop-down list are retrieved from the Situation Type Table page. |
Start Date | The beginning date for the situation or activity. |
Stop Date | The ending date for the situation or activity. |
Description | The description of the employee's activity record. |
Activity Detail
The fields in this section are retrieved from the User-defined Fields section of the Situation Type Table page.
The following table describes the fields in the Activity Information section of the Activity page when CRDC is selected in the Situation Type field in the Activity Information section.
Field | Description |

CRDC YEAR | The CRDC reporting year. |
CRDC POSITION | The employee’s CRDC position. Valid values:

POSITION FTE | The full-time equivalent (FTE) of the employee’s CRDC position. |
LOCATION | The employee’s CRDC location. |
FTE NO FEDERAL | The employee’s state or local funding FTE. |
SAL NO FEDERAL | The employee’s state or local funding salary. |
FTE W/ FEDERAL | The employee’s federal funding FTE. |
SAL W/ FEDERAL | The employee’s federal funding salary. |
10-DAY ABSENCE | Indicates whether the employee was absent for ten or more days. Valid values:

Additional Notes
Use the Additional Notes option to add, update, or view additional information about the employee's activity record.
