Payroll Information Pages

The Payroll Information group on the Employee Information detail page's Action Bar enables you to access pages for storing and viewing additional payroll records for an employee. These pages cover earnings, deductions, taxes, pay rates, state retirement information, and other payroll-related data. Additional payroll information is found on the Payroll Tab.

Menu Path

From the Human Resources menu, select Entry & ProcessingFrom the Employee menu, select Employee Information. Search for and select an employee record, select Payroll Information on the Action Bar, and then select the desired page to display.

Action Bar Items

Deductions

The Employee Deductions page allows you to view, add, change, and delete deductions, benefits, and deduction-benefit combinations.

Earnings By Pay

The Earnings by Pay Code page provides earnings information for each pay code assigned to the employee.

Group Life

The Employee Group Life Over 50K page allows you to set the parameters used in calculating the additional earnings reported on W2 forms and state tax returns for employer-paid premiums on group life insurance coverage amounts of more than $50,000.

Pay Rates

The Pay Rate Information page allows you to view, add, and change employee pay rates, including primary, secondary, and additional duty rates.

Prior Earnings/Taxes

The Prior Earnings/Tax Information page provides the gross earnings and taxes paid from the employee's previous locality and state.

State Required

The State Required page allows you to view and maintain information used in reporting state retirement programs for public employees.

Taxes

The Employee Tax Information page, where you can enter the exemption status, tax tables, and the employee's Earned Income Credit (EIC) status.

Time Entry

20.11 and earlier. Navigation to Time Entry is not available beginning with version 22.4.

The Time Entry Employee Information page, which accesses the employee's Time Entry password, department, and supervisor approval settings.
