The Interface determines if an Aesop export file was run previously for a particular pay run and warns the user. It does not stop the user from running more than one Aesop export file for a pay run. It is the site's responsibility to make sure the same file is not Posted twice, because this could create duplicate timecards.

The interface does not verify that an export file that has already run for another pay run is being Loaded or Posted.

It is highly recommended that the export file be deleted after the Load has been completed to the site's satisfaction. This reduces the risk that a single export file will be processed for more than one pay run.

Only one person at a time should be using the Aesop Interface.
