Personnel Information Pages
The Personnel Information group on the Employee Information detail page's Action Bar enables you to access pages for storing additional records for an employee. Most of these pages relate to the employee's qualifications. Pages are also provided for tracking employee activities and job assignments and accessing records defined by your organization.
Menu Path
From the Human Resources menu, select Entry & Processing. From the Employee menu, select Employee Information. Search for and select an employee record, select Personnel Information on the Action Bar, and choose an action item.
Action Bar Items
Item | Description |

Activity Tracker | Use the Activity page to add and monitor various situations that affect employees. |
Assignments | The Assignments page allows you to enter the assignments performed by employees. |
Certifications/Licenses | Use the Certifications/Licenses page to display, add, or edit information on licenses, certificates, and other accreditations. |
Continuing Education | Use the Continuing Education page to display, add, or edit information on additional courses the employee completes. |
Credentials | Use the Credential Data page to display, add, or edit information on credentials related to Highly Qualified Teacher status. |
Defined Windows | The Defined Windows Selector accesses pages created specifically for your organization. |
Degrees | Use the Degree Data page to display, add, or edit the employee's educational background. |
Qualifications | Use the Qualification Data page to store information on qualifications related to the employee's Highly Qualified Teacher status. |
Requirements | Use the Requirement Data page to store information on requirements related to the employee's Highly Qualified Teacher status. |
