Automated Payroll Interface allows edits to Fund and Budget Unit

In Fund Accounting, Periodic Routines, Periodic Processing, on the Automated Payroll Interface page, functionality to edit accounting fields to any valid value has been restored.

• Full account format: Account Number and Offset Account Number fields

• Non-full-account: Budget Unit and Offset Fund fields

A recent restriction to these edits has been removed. Accounting entries will be created for the new fund and not the payroll fund or fund of the Budget Unit if the edited Budget Unit, Offset Fund or Account Number has a different fund, or the fund itself is different.

ESSA Budget Preparation Organization Chart import change to disbursement fund entry

In e-Forms and Tools, ESSA, ESSA - Budget Preparation, for Update Type Organization Chart (BP), previously, users did not have the option to provide the Disbursement Fund. This has been resolved. If the import record has only one level, users should enter the correct Disbursement Fund directly in the field on the import file. The field should not contain Y or N, but the actual fund identifier. If the field is left blank, then the fund itself will be defaulted as the Disbursement Fund.
