Fatal error when trying to update Standard Payable template.

When attempting to update a standard payable template with more than 200 records, a fatal error occurred that prevented changes from being saved. This issue is now fixed and updates can be saved as expected.

Unable to access Environment Maintenance when not using an Identity Provider (IDP)

Resolved a problem in eFinancePlus that prevented customers without an Identity Provider (IDP) from accessing the Environment Maintenance section, which was available to those using an IDP. Now, users with the appropriate access can reach the Environment Maintenance section whether or not they utilize an IDP.

VAC: Vendor Approval Duplicate Check Enhancement.

Previously, during the approval process of a new vendor registration in VAC (Vendor Approval Center), there was no validation to check if the vendor number already existed. This could result in duplicate vendor records being created. A validation has now been implemented to verify the existence of the vendor number during the approval process. If a duplicate vendor number is detected, the system will prevent the approval and prompt the user accordingly. This fix ensures data integrity by preventing duplicate vendor records and enhances the reliability of the vendor registration process.

Fixed posting of Batch AP when Overpayment limit set to fatal.

Previously, users could save and release/post payables in the Batch Accounts Payable screen that exceeded the overpayment limit set in the Fund Accounting Profile, even when the Accounts Payable Profile was set to trigger a Fatal error. This has been fixed. Now, if the entered amount exceeds the limit, whether by tabbing out, clicking Save, or attempting to Release/Post, the system will enforce the correct validation, warning or fatal, based on the profile settings.

Print PDF shows empty instead of retaining Race value.

Resolved a problem where the Print PDF in eFinancePlus (eFP) presented an empty Race value as a new value, rather than keeping the existing value, when a data payload from Talent Records arrives with the same unchanged value.

eFinancePlus creating DB records before Effective Demographic Changes are posted.

Addressed a problem where eFinancePlus (eFP) created records in the empact table linked to employee Effective Demographic Changes prior to the approval and posting of those changes. Records in the empact table should only be created after the changes are posted.
