Use the Past Timesheets page to view and print previous timesheets.
The following sections display on the page:

Employee Information |
Displays your employee information. |

Current Timesheet |
Displays information for the timesheet. The Active Pay Period and Active Department can be changed to access different timesheets. |

Activities |
Displays the hours distributed over your assigned activities. |

Totals |
Displays the total hours for the selected timesheet. You can save, submit, and print timesheets as well as copy the data to another timesheet in a different pay period. These actions are completed by clicking the appropriate button in this section. |

Overtime Distribution |
Displays the amount of overtime, if any, accumulated within the active pay period and how it was distributed. |

Notes |
Displays notes added to the timesheet. |
|
Default Distribution |
Displays your default charging of hours. |
|
History Changes |
Displays changes made to the timesheet. |
Printing past timesheets

Click Past Timesheets to display the Past Timesheets page.

In the Current Timesheet section, select the Active Pay Period and Active Department.

Click Print.
