Print W2s

Use the Print W2’s page to view and print copies of your W2’s from the year 2000 onward.

For W2 forms and instructions, visit www.irs.gov.

Access to prior W2 forms is dependent on the years available in the Human Resources database.

Printing W2 forms

1. Click Print W2s to display the Print W2's page. 

2. Select the desired year from the Available Years. If you select the W2 for a year prior to 2007, the form is in HTML format and will display using your regular internet browser. All years following 2007 will be in PDF format including federal, state, and local forms along with an employee copy.

3. Save the form to your computer.

4. Print the form using the PDF viewer's Print function.
