Use the Demographic Information page to view and update your employee information. The page display depends on the software version used.
Information on this page is retrieved from your personnel record in Human Resources. Some edits may need to be approved before they are applied to your employee record.
As a security measure, you may receive email notifications when critical demographic data is updated using the Employee Access Center (EAC). Your system administrator determines this.
Update Information
19.4 and earlier; 20.11: dependent on the EAC version.

Select Demographic Information.

Select Update in the desired section to display its update page.

Update the fields.

Select Save.
20.11 and later, dependent on the EAC version.

From the Personal Information menu, select Demographic Information.

Select Update Information.

Update the fields as necessary.

Select Save.
If your system administrator allows, you can upload a photo that will appear on the Demographic Information page.

From the Personal Information menu, select Demographic Information.

Select Update Information.

Select Upload Photo.

Select a photo that meets the requirements.

Supported file formats are .jpeg, .jpg, .png, and .gif. The maximum size limit is 2 MB. The maximum resolution is 300 x 300.
