Architecture redesign
Position Control in 25.7 is a complete redesign. The legacy system has been replaced with a new system.
The redesign introduces:

A dedicated change request subsystem with its own tables and workflow.

An employee transfer process with its own tables and workflow.

Integration with Advanced Workflow for approval routing.

As-of-date search for viewing positions at any point in time.

Position deletion (single and bulk) with error reporting.

Enhanced attachments management.

Approvers can perform actions through PowerSchool ERP as well as the Employee Access Center (EAC).

User-defined fields (up to 10 per position).
