UXERP-60Employee Help: Main Menu RemovedThe main menu has been removed from the PowerSchool ERP Employee help space. Only help content for Employee Access Center (EAC) and Employee Timesheets (ETS) is now available when accessed through those applications. Use the Help Center link in PowerSchool ERP to access full online help.

EFIN-94600Forms 1095-B and 1095-C in New and Legacy Employee Access Center (EAC)

The 2022 1095-C includes an update that reduces the size and rearranges the grid that displays Plan Start Month and Box 14 monthly codes.

The following modifications are included for new EAC:

  • The printed values have been adjusted to fit the new grid.

  • The printing of the state and zip code for the employer and employee section in 1095-B and 1095-C has been corrected.

  • 1095-B has been updated to include the employer’s address in addition to the existing insurance issuer address.

The following modification is included for both new and legacy EAC:

  • The employee section of form 1095-B/C now includes a foreign address.

EFIN-952181095 Reports Limited to Single Year SelectionIn 1095 Reports, a fatal error could occur if selecting multiple years. This has been corrected by limiting the year selection to a single year.
EFIN-96461Corrected Mailer Printing Alignment Issues for 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC

The following issues were corrected when printing pressure seal mailers:

  • The 1099-MISC form Box 18, State income, has been shifted left to print within the perforations and Other instructional text has also been shifted left.

  • The 1099-NEC form Instructions for Payer and Recipient name and address have been reformatted to prevent printing outside of the boxes and the form footer, Department of Treasury - Internal Revenue Service, has been shifted left.
