Database administrators assign persona-based dashboards to users.

Persona-based dashboards have a set of defined KPI panels that cannot be changed.

A database administrator can assign any or all persona-based dashboards to a user.

All users have My Dashboard. Persona-based dashboards must be assigned.
Persona-based dashboards appear in the order assigned on the user’s security record Dashboards tab.
Users must have KPI resources for KPI panels to appear on persona-based dashboards or to add KPI panels to My Dashboard. There are Fund Accounting KPI resources and Human Resources KPI resources.

From the System Administration menu, select Administration. From the Security menu, select Users.
Assign Dashboards to a User

On the Users page, perform a search and select a user.

Select Accept to open edit mode.

Select the Dashboards tab.

Select the appropriate dashboard types for the user. To add more than one, make your selection and then press Tab to add a line and select a different dashboard.

To change the order of the dashboards, use the Action Bar options to Move Up or Move Down.

To delete a dashboard, select the dashboard row and use the Action Bar option to Delete Row.

Select Accept.
