HR Managers need the ability to review the details of the vacancies for each vacant position. This KPI shows the number and type of vacant job positions in the school district, and allows leaders to focus their hiring efforts. The chart is displayed in a donut format with the percentage of vacancies by job class. The chart can be renamed and filtered by each user. Filters can be Saved as a default for users and the report can also be exported in Excel.
To review this Dashboard, the user must have the user must have security resource 10523, 300, 301 or 302 for the chart to display. It appears on the HR Director Dashboard and can be added to the My Dashboard section.
