PowerSchool ERP Overview

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

KPI panels provide a data snapshot on a dashboard. You can adjust the format and define data pulled into the KPI panel.

  • Persona-based dashboards each have a defined set of KPI panels.

    • You cannot add or remove panels on persona-based dashboards.

    • Some KPI panels are defined on multiple persona-based dashboards.

  • On My Dashboard, if you have the required resources you can add KPI panels and adjust the settings as needed.

Resources

You must have required resources assigned by your system administrator, either individually or in an assigned role, for KPI panels to appear on a persona-based or personal dashboard. If you have a resource for Super User, System Administrator, or Supervisor for Fund Accounting or Human Resources, you can add any of the related KPI panels. Individual KPI resources allow you to add the specific KPI panel identified by the resource.

Fund Accounting KPI Resources

  • 2: Super User for Fund Accounting
