Prior Registration

This page lists all courses the participant has completed. On this page participants can view course detail information, view instructor/facilitator detail information, and view and print a registration confirmation.

For a course to display on this page, the instructor must have completed the course in Professional Development. Otherwise, the course will continue to display on the Current Courses page. To access this page, the participant will click the Prior Registration link on the Participant menu.

Pages and Links

Following are the pages that can be accessed from the Prior Registration page. Clicking a link will take the participant to the corresponding page.

Course Information Page

A participant can click the data link in the Course Title column to display the Course Information page for the specific course. This page provides detailed information about the course, as well as a link to the Instructor/Facilitator Information page. An attached syllabus can also be accessed from this page.

A participant can click Print to print a copy of the course information or Back to return to the previous page.

Instructor Or Facilitator Information Page

A participant can click the data link in the Instructor/Facilitator column to display the Instructor/Facilitator Information page. This page contains contact information, start and end dates for each of the instructor/facilitator's current and prior courses, as well as a link to the Course Information page for each course.

A participant can click Print to print a copy of the Instructor/Facilitator Information or Back to return to the previous page.

Professional Development Registration Confirmation Page

A participant can click the Confirmation Number link in the (untitled) column to display the Registration Confirmation page. This page contains registration and course details as well as the status of the confirmation.

A participant can click Print to print a copy of the registration confirmation.

Print Certificate Page

A participant can click the Print Certificate link in the (untitled) column to display the certificate in a separate page. This page can be printed or saved for the participant's records.
