The options on the Vendor Bidding's Reports menu can be run at any time during the bidding process:

Bid Award Recommendation	Bid Status Report
Bid Book	Final Price Catalog
Bid List	PO Location Code
Bid List Mailing Labels	Preliminary Purchase Orders
Bid Number Log	Quantity Verification
