Release Note

EFIN-94255Redistribution by AmountAn error would occur when a user attempted to perform a Payroll Redistribution by Amount. The offset account logic for benefits has been corrected and the Payroll Redistribution by Amount now completes successfully.
EFIN-94847Change Order Out of BalancePosting a Change Order was updating the wrong field on the expenditure budget control ledger, resulting in an out-of-balance situation. This has been corrected.
EFIN-94879Void a Prior Year Check when the Disbursement Fund is Different in the Prior Year (Texas or ESSA)

When a user voided a prior year check and the disbursement fund on the check didn’t match the disbursement fund for the new or current year, an error appeared based on the crosswalk table. This issue would occur for customers who use the crosswalk table including Texas customers where the year is included in the fund and other customers who are changing their account structure including their funds.

The update includes using the crosswalk for the new field gl_cash_key_orgn (fund or key organization of the G/L) when crosswalking funds for Texas or ESSA when voiding a prior year check. This prevents errors from appearing on the page:

  • Fund xxxx not on organization chart or no security access (corner of the page)

  • Error(s) occurred. Check records. (Pop-up)

EFIN-95110Fixed Fatal Error in Expenditure LedgerFixed a fatal error in Expenditure Ledger that occurred when a user performed an Advanced Search.
