Corrected the GL Transaction Analysis excel output without full account enabled.

If Interfund Balancing, Print Checks by Bank Account and AP Clearing are all turned off, then the bank transmission file did not include transactions on the check where the expense fund cash account was not included in the bank account reference table. For this setup only, the bank transmission file creation process has been modified to select transactions based on the disbursement fund matching the disbursement fund on the cash account on the bank account record.

Previously the exact format of Federal Tax ID was being considered as part of the validation process but now only the numeric characters entered by the user will be checked as long as the length is 9 characters. There won’t be any visual changes, but the way Federal ID was being validated has been modified.

Added Order Details to the top of Vendor Punchout order to ensure the order's requisition number, budget, and shipping address are correct.

In the new Employee Access Center:

1. The link for the Salary and Benefits page did not display consistently. This has been corrected.

2. For the Identifier 2160 - Salary and Benefits Page Choice, if the value is “HD - Show Both Pages, Default Historical” then both Statement and History tabs will be visible, but the landing will be on the Statement tab. Previously it was set to land on Historical.
