Best practices
-
Restrict 10555 (May Delete Positions) to a small set of administrators. Position deletion is irreversible, and the system provides bulk delete capability.
-
Restrict 10554 (May Create New Year Positions) to users responsible for fiscal year rollover. Running this process prematurely can create unintended records.
-
Restrict 368 (Batch Positions) to users who are trained in the posting process. Posting from a batch is a one-way operation.
