Switch from Tracking mode to Enabled
Switch from Position Control Tracking mode to Enabled on the Human Resources Profile page.

On the start page, select System Administration.

Select Administration, then from the Profiles menu, select Human Resources Profile.

In the Position Control field, select Y - Use Position Control.

Select Accept.
FTE occupancy check
After switching to Y - Use Position Control, the system checks all positions. If any position has a filled FTE that exceeds its authorized FTE, the switch is blocked. The system generates an ExceedAuthorizedFTE.log report listing the affected positions. Correct the FTE values and retry.
User communication
Notify all Position Control users that the system is now in production mode. Provide access to user documentation and training materials.
