Distribution Information page

Use the Distribution Information page to view the calculated expenditure distribution (charging) breakdown for an employee assigned to one or more batch positions. This page allows users to compare the proposed position pay rate distributions side by side with the employee's current pay rate distributions, for both organization and project accounts.

The Distribution Information page contains the following sections:

The following table describes the field in the Header section of the Distribution Information page.

Field	Description
Job Class	The code identifying the job class of the selected batch position.

Position Pay Rate Distributions

The Position Pay Rate Distributions section displays distributions from the batch position pay rate.

The following table describes the columns in the Position Pay Rate Distributions section of the Distribution Information page.

Column	Description
#	The sequential row number.
Ledger	The ledger type for the distribution line. Valid values: E - Expenditure R - Revenue, G - G/L This column is displayed when Full Account Structure (FAS) is enabled.
Full Account	The full account string that consolidates the separate Organization and Account fields. This column is displayed when Full Account Structure (FAS) is enabled.
Organization	The organization code to charge for this distribution line. This column is displayed when Full Account Structure (FAS) is turned off.
Account	The account code to charge for this distribution line. This column is displayed when Full Account Structure (FAS) is turned off.
Title	The ledger title for this distribution line.
Percent	The percentage of the pay rate charged to this account.

Current Pay Rate Distributions

The Current Pay Rate Distributions section displays the employee's existing pay rate distributions.

The columns in the Current Pay Rate Distributions section are identical to the columns in the Position Pay Rate Distributions section.

Position Pay Rate Project Distributions

The Position Pay Rate Project Distributions section is displayed only when project distribution records exist.

This section displays distributions from the batch position pay rate.

Column	Description
#	The sequential row number.
Project	The project code to which the pay is charged.
Account	The project account segment of the distribution.
Percent	The percentage of the pay rate charged to this project account.

Current Pay Rate Project Distributions

The Current Pay Rate Project Distributions section is displayed only when project distribution records exist.

This section displays the employee's existing pay rate project distributions.

The columns in the Current Pay Rate Project Distributions section are identical to the columns in the Position Pay Rate Project Distributions section.
