Batch Position Control - Edit Batch Position

Use the Edit Batch Position page to modify an existing batch position record in the batch position control staging tables. This page allows users to update all position detail fields. It also provides access to the Qualifications, Certifications, Requirements, and Degrees tabs for managing position-related qualification and credential requirements before posting.

Menu path

From the Human Resources menu, select Entry & Processing. From the Position Control menu, select Batch Position Control.

• On the Batch Position Control page, enter the Search Criteria to find the required batch position records, and then select Search.
  Refer to Search for records for more information.

  • To edit a record, select the record and select Accept. Refer to the following sections, update the information, and select Accept.
