Use the Batch Link Qualified Area to Position page to associate qualified area codes with a batch position. This page allows users to add, modify, or remove qualification codes that define the qualified areas required for the position. The linked qualifications are stored in the batch staging table and are posted to the live position control tables when the batch is posted.
Before linking qualifications to positions, ensure that the necessary Prerequisites are met.

On the Edit Batch Position page, select Qualifications.

Select Insert Row and select a Code. The values in the drop-down list are retrieved from the Qualification Code Setup page.

To delete a record, select Delete Row.

Select Accept.

Repeat these steps and add the required qualification codes.
