Use the Link Qualified Area to Position page to select and link one or more qualification area codes from the Qualification Code table to a position for Highly Qualified Teacher (HQT) tracking purposes.
The Qualifications action button is displayed based on the record's Position Status and Approval Status. The position must be Active with an As of Date on or after today, or have a status of In Progress.
Before linking qualifications to positions, ensure that the necessary Prerequisites are met.

On the Position Detail page, select Qualifications.

Select Insert Row and select a Code. The values in the drop-down list are retrieved from the Qualification Code Setup page.

To delete a record, select Delete Row.

Select Accept.

Repeat these steps and add the required qualification codes.
