Use the Position Status Summary Report page to generate a high-level, aggregated view of FTE data across the district's authorized positions as of a selected date.
The Status Summary report provides FTE totals summarized by job class.
To run this report, users must be assigned the security resource 360.
Menu path
From the Human Resources menu, select Reports. From the Position Control menu, select Status Summary.

On the Position Status Summary Report page, refer to the Field descriptions and enter or select the Report Criteria.

Select Sort to change the report sort order.

Select a Destination:

Select PDF to download the report in .pdf format. The default file name is posnStatusSummary<YYYY-MM-DD####_#####>.pdf.

Select Excel to download the report in .xlsx format. Select the required Excel Options. The default file name is posnStatusSummaryrpt<####_#####>.xlsx.

Select OK.

Save the .pdf or .xlsx file.

Job Class |
Limits the report to positions belonging to the selected job class. The values in the drop-down list are retrieved from the live or Future Job Classes reference table. |

Limits the report to positions assigned to the selected location. The values in the drop-down list are retrieved from the Location Table page. |

Limits the report to positions of the selected type. |
