Activity Codes Table
Menu Path: Fixed Assets > Reference Tables > Reference Tables > Activity Codes
Use this table to establish activities where you may assign assets for CAFR and GASB reporting purposes. An activity is a subcategory of one of the functions you establish in the Function Codes table, and it may be a level of your organization structure, such as finance, personnel, or police.
The Activity Table report's default file name is activity2.rpt.
If your organization uses the Fixed Assets Communicator module, you must create a record with the code 99999999. By default, this code is used in all asset records uploaded into Fixed Assets with Fixed Assets Communicator.

Activity Code | Code identifying the activity where the asset is assigned. If your organization does not use an activity breakdown, add the Activity Code 'ALL' to use in pages that require an entry in the Activity field. Character/8 |
