Function Codes Table

Use this table to identify various functions where assets are assigned for CAFR and GASB reporting purposes. Generally, the function is a level of the organization structure, such as instruction, general government, safety, public works, or health.

The report default file name is function.rpt.

If your organization uses the Fixed Assets Communicator module, you must create a record with the code 99999999. By default, this code is used in all asset records uploaded into Fixed Assets with Fixed Assets Communicator.
