Batch Status Detail Report - File Layout and Data Mapping

The default file names for the Batch Status Detail report are:

  • Excel: batchStatusDetailrpt<####_#####>.xlsx

  • PDF: batchStatusDetail<YYYY-MM-DD####_#####>.pdf

JOB CLASS

The job classification code associated with the position.

Retrieved from the Job Class field in the Position section of the Edit Batch Position page. This is limited to job classes already under Position Control.

B

CLASS DESCRIPTION

The full title of the job class code.

Retrieved from the Title field on the Job Class page.

C

POSITION

The unique code that identifies the position within its job class.

Retrieved from the Position field in the Position section of the Edit Batch Position page.

D

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The descriptive name of the position,

E

LOCATION

The location code indicating where the position is based.

Retrieved from the Location field in the Position section of the Edit Batch Position page.

F

LOCATION DESCRIPTION

The description of the location code.


Retrieved from the Building Name field on the Location Table page.

POSITION TYPE

A classification code that categorizes the position, for example, full-time or part-time.

Retrieved from the Position Type field in the Position section of the Edit Batch Position page.

H

EMPLOYEE NUMBER

The employee’s identification (ID) number.

This field is blank if the position is not filled.

Retrieved from the Employee Number field on the Employee Information page.

I

NAME

The employee’s name.

This field displays "POS NOT FILLED" if there is no current occupant.

Retrieved from the Last Name and First Name fields on the Employee Information page.

J

STATUS

The pay rate status of the assigned employee.

Valid values:

  • A-Active

  • I-Inactive

  • T-Terminated

Retrieved from the Status field on the Assign Rates to Batch Positions page.

K

EMPLOYEE FTE

The FTE assigned to the employee on the batch position.

This field displays 0 if the position is unfilled.

L

AUTHORIZED FTE

The total FTE approved for the position.

Retrieved from the Authorized FTE field in the FTE section on the Edit Batch Position page.

M

FILLED FTE

The FTE currently occupied by the employee.

Retrieved from the Filled FTE field in the FTE section on the Edit Batch Position page.

N

AVAILABLE FTE

The FTE remaining to be filled, calculated as Authorized FTE minus Filled FTE.
