Position Change Requests - Approval Detail page - To FTE

Use the To FTE section on the Position Change Request Details page to review the FTE details of the destination position in a Transfer FTE change request, showing the FTE values for the position gaining FTE. This section is displayed alongside the From FTE section and is only present for Transfer FTE change types.

The following table describes the fields in the To FTE section on the Position Change Request Details page.

Field	Description	Data source and Valid values
Current Authorized FTE	The total FTE authorized for the destination position before the transfer is applied.	The field value is retrieved from the Authorized FTE field on the destination position's Position Detail page, reflecting the value before the transfer is applied.
Increase Authorized FTE	The amount of FTE to be added to the destination position as a result of the transfer.	The field value is system-calculated as the FTE increase to be added to the destination position, derived from the Decrease Authorized FTE value entered in the From Position section on the Change Request page.
Adjusted Authorized FTE	The total authorized FTE of the destination position after the increase is applied.	The field value is system-calculated as the destination position's authorized FTE after the increase is applied.
Filled FTE	The FTE currently occupied by employees assigned to the destination position.	The field value is system-calculated from current employee occupant records for the destination position.
Available FTE	The remaining FTE available for assignment on the destination position after the transfer.	The field value is system-calculated as the authorized FTE minus filled FTE minus pending transfer adjustments for the destination position.
Pending Adjustment FTE	The FTE from pending change requests not yet applied to the destination position.	The field value is system-calculated from pending Adjust FTE change requests associated with the destination position.
Pending Vacancy FTE	The FTE that will become vacant based on pending employee departures from the destination position.	The field value is system-calculated from pending employee departure records associated with the destination position.
Pending Filled FTE	The FTE that will be filled based on pending employee assignments to the destination position.	The field value is system-calculated from pending employee assignment records associated with the destination position.
Posted FTE	The FTE associated with position requisitions sent to the applicant tracking system (ATS) for the destination position.	The field value is system-calculated from position requisitions sent to the applicant tracking system (ATS) for the destination position.
Default FTE	The standard FTE assigned to new occupants of the destination position.	The field value is retrieved from the Default FTE field on the Position Detail page of the destination position.
